Los Santeros is located within Santa Fe's No. 1 golf development community, Las Campanas, featuring two Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses and Southwest-style amenities.

Golf

The Jack Nicklaus-designed Sunset and Sunrise Courses make for a memorable golf experience. Both layouts offer views from elevated tees - five on each hole to accommodate a wide variety of golfers.

The fourth hole on the Sunrise Course provides quite a challenge. This 446-yard par 4, necessitates a precise drive over a treacherous canyon to a generous fairway. In order to hit this long green in regulation, you will need to elude a multitude of bunkers that guard the long green and capture any shot that is even slightly miss-hit.

The recently opened Sunset Course adjoins most lots and is visible from nearly all of them. Ninety-seven equity golf memberships are available.

Real Estate

Los Santeros offers a variety of home sizes and styles beginning. The four categories of homes are: Las Placitas ($1.4 million +), Los Recintos ($1.5 million+), Las Terrazas (805,000+), and Las Villas ($750,00+).

The Sangre de Cristo Mountains rise to the north and the Ortiz and Jemez ranges encircle the land. Downtown Santa Fe is 15 minutes away, the ski basin is a 20 minute drive.
